National Guardsmen should be allowed conceal and carry?

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of the United States" Government officials have chosen to infringe on the rights of the American people by saying that the 2ND Amendment was used to give the state militias the power to keep and bare arms; well my friends I charge that we are the militia, we are the protectors of freedom and democracy. Our government has already concluded that the "Pakistani Taliban" is likely to strike this nation, In the event of and up rising, are we able to respond rapidly? do we have the means to protect our family and our friends? I feel that with collective support of the States Adjudant Generals and the troops who serve we can bring conceal and carry across the nation.
